The National Conference on Environment and Climate Change in Somaliland is currently underway, taking place on February 18th and 19th, 2025, at the Ambassador Hotel in Hargeisa. Organized by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, this conference aims to address the pressing environmental challenges facing Somaliland. Key topics include strategies to combat climate change, promote sustainable agriculture, and enhance energy efficiency. The event has brought together experts, policymakers, and stakeholders to develop actionable solutions for environmental conservation and climate resilience in the region.

The RASMI RELIEF ORGANIZATION has established a training center for the Somaliland community called the RASMI TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY CENTER, which has conducted many trainings. Over the past year, it has conducted 10 training sessions in the six regions of Somaliland, with a total of 850 people, including both men and women, participating in these sessions, as mentioned below. 1.
